aXtura and Germany’s Brunotec to develop the platform together and prepare it for EU certification

Astrokvantit Oy has signed a strategic partnership with Berlin cybersecurity company Brunotec GmbH to develop aXtura and prepare it for EU security certification.

Astrokvanta Group companies have entered into a strategic partnership with Brunotec GmbH, a Berlin-based cybersecurity company. The agreement with the German side was signed by Finland’s Astrokvantit Oy. The partners will jointly develop the aXtura corporate platform and prepare it for certification and conformity assessment against European Union security requirements.

Brunotec specialises in product security and compliance with European regulations: the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443. As part of the partnership, the teams will set up a secure development process, carry out threat and risk analysis and penetration testing, and prepare aXtura for the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

For customers in Europe and beyond, this means an external, independent review of how the platform is designed and tested under EU rules. Customer data continues to stay on the customer’s own servers.
